Professional Experience

2013 to April 2015:  Fiserv, Sugar Land, TX – Project Manager

▪          Provides project planning and oversight for healthcare enrollment division and manages software application/development projects—leading organizational, process improvement, change management projects to designing core programs, healthcare spending accounts (VISA/MC), processing of membership data, new card designs, and other related initiatives.

▪          Serve as a liaison to major stakeholders to manage budgets of $200k - $1M while overseeing various projects including TC10 migration – upgrading software applications to a newer version—saving up to $1MM in expenditures and a yearly revenue of $1.2MM.

▪         Manages both implementation and the technical team to deliver operational requests including vendor changes and serve as PM in coordinating assets, assignments, and execution for large and complex technology project oversight including a healthcare spending account.

▪          Collaborates with teams nationwide in providing healthcare software solutions for Humana, Horizon, HCSC, Hallmark, Regence, Cigna, etc. with open enrollments and oversee request changes including redevelopment of solutions for mobile applications, etc.
